‘Urban logistics actions: last-mile, hub and cargo-bike’, on 19 September in Parma, the speech by Paola Astegiano, Senior Project Manager FIT, during the conference ‘Mobility and public space sharing’
On Thursday 19 September, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the conference ‘Mobility and the Sharing of Public Spaces‘ will be held in Parma at the Complesso di San Paolo (vicolo Delle Asse 5), organised by the Municipality of Parma – Department of Environmental, Energy and Mobility Sustainability within the framework of the European Mobility Week.
The claim of the 2024 event is in fact ‘Sharing public spaces‘, an opportunity to reflect on and promote sustainable urban mobility and behavioural change in favour of active mobility, public transport and other clean and intelligent transport solutions. A challenge that the city of Parma is experiencing first-hand, since it is one of the 9 Italian cities that intends to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030.
All this will be discussed at the conference ‘Mobility and the Sharing of Public Spaces’, which will also feature Paola Astegiano, Senior Project Manager FIT, among the speakers, who will give a speech on ‘Urban logistics actions: last-mile, hub and cargo-bike’, scheduled at 9.45 a.m.
Opening session at 9:00 am by Gianluca Borghi, Councillor for Environmental Sustainability, Energy and Mobility of the Municipality of Parma.
