President of FIT Consulting, when he is not travelling, he lives in Rome. Married with two children, he graduated in demographic, statistical and actuarial sciences at La Sapienza in Rome. After working in the field of market research, in 1997 he founded FIT Consulting, a consultancy company in the logistics, mobility and transport sector.
He is an adjunct professor at Link University in Rome and previously held courses at the Luiss Business School. He is coordinator of working groups at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, consultant to the National Road Transport Register and ANCI. He is part of scientific committees of national and European bodies, is often a speaker at meetings and conferences and collaborates on numerous research and consultancy projects for public and private bodies at a national and international level. He is President of the Freight Leaders Council, member of the Urban Mobility Expert Group of the European Commission, President of the Freight Transport Technical Committee of the World Road Association and co-director of the Master in Sustainable Mobility and Transport at Link University.

CEO and Partner of FIT Consulting, she graduated in 1995 in demographic, statistical and actuarial sciences from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. In 1998, he began his work experience at FIT Consulting and, since the beginning, he has carried out intense research and innovation on the mobility of people and goods, especially in community projects.
Coordinator and project leader of numerous European projects in the various Research Framework Programs of the European Commission, particularly on the topic of innovative and sustainable urban logistics and related business models. He is vice-chair of the Urban Logistics Thematic Group of the European logistics technology platform ALICE (Alliance for Logistics Innovation through collaboration in Europe). She was a teacher at the Luiss MEM Master “Public and corporate City Logistics Manager serving mobility” and a teacher at the training course for City Logistics Manager at the Italian Society of Transport Teachers.

Technical director and partner of FIT Consulting, he graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Bologna and obtained an MBA for public administrations in 2011 from the same university.
He has gained extensive experience in the design, development and maintenance of various intelligent transport systems (ITS and C-ITS), in freight transport and logistics processes, working in the industrial sector, in public administration and in research centres.
He has been Project Manager of various national and international initiatives, relating to programs for the development of traffic control centers and automatic sanctioning for restricted traffic zones, IT systems for logistics nodes, intermodal mobility, MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service).
Inglese He currently deals with technological innovation in logistics, autonomous and connected driving systems.
He is a member of the European technological platform “Alice” Alliance for Logistics Innovation through collaboration in Europe) and evaluator at the European Commission (CINEA) for project proposals related to CCAM and at EIT Climate KIC for the evaluation of data analytics projects and solutions climate neutral for transport.

Already Executive Advisor of FIT Consulting srl since 2012, he has been Project Manager in the same company since 2009 and previously Founding member and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the company T6 Ecosystems srl and of the Cooperativa T6 company. In these contexts he has developed experience in the management of complex projects and coordination of work teams in numerous national and international research and cooperation projects funded by the European Commission and regional and national institutions.
Since 2019 he has been a Technologist at the Technical Support and Operational Planning (STP) Section of the Energy Technologies and Renewable Sources Department (TERIN) of the “ENEA – National Agency for new technologies, energy and sustainable economic development”, where carries out operational and management support activities for the co-financing planning of the Department, both at a community and national/regional level. In ENEA he is a member of the “GDL Grandi Progetti – Finance” working group, for the management of the “Mission Innovation 2021-2024”, “EuBatIn – IPCEI Batterie 2” and “POR Idrogen – PNRR” programs.

Project Manager at FIT Consulting from 2002 to 2019 for the realisation and management of national and EU research and development projects in the field of urban logistics, passenger transport and intermodality, feasibility studies in the field of freight transport and urban logistics, sector studies, impact assessment of transport measures and policies, planning and management of thematic tables and participatory planning with various stakeholders for sector plans (e.g. Freight Plans, City Logistics, PUMS, etc.). A graduate in Civil Transport Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza, he has gained experience in public administration in the public works sector. In 2024, the return to FIT Consulting as senior project manager.

EU project Supervisor and Project Manager at FIT Consulting, Marisa graduated in Road and Transport Infrastructure Engineering from the Roma Tre University. In FIT, he increased his expertise especially on issues relating to the urban transport of goods, developing Urban Plans for Mobility and Sustainable Logistics (PUMS and PULS) for numerous Italian cities, including Rome, Trieste, Cagliari, Verona and many other.
At the European level he has worked and coordinated multidisciplinary working groups for several European research and innovation projects in the field of urban mobility of people and goods, including the GECKO, USER-CHI, BOOSTLOG and URBANE projects.
Since January 2023, Marisa has assumed the role of EU project Supervisor, supervising the technical-scientific quality of FIT’s European projects and coordinating their management.

Paola Astegiano, Project Manager and Technical Manager in FIT Consulting, graduated in Road and Transport Infrastructure Engineering from the Roma Tre University in 2011. Before joining FIT she had experiences in different contexts: for 4 years as a researcher at KU Leuven focusing on projects related to sustainable passenger mobility and collaborating with various European universities; he then continued first in the consultancy field and then moved on to European planning. He has acquired experience in proposal writing and European project management in recent years. Since May 2023 in FIT, she has been responsible for following various European projects as project and technical manager and is involved in writing European proposals.

Graduating in International Studies from the University of Trento in 2014 and currently engaged in writing her master’s thesis for a Master’s degree in European and International Politics at the University of Innsbruck, Alessia Padalino has developed a specialisation in European contexts, with a particular focus on Green Deal Financing and the 2021-2027 European programming.
Professionally, Alessia has gained solid experience collaborating with European institutions, public administrations, and private entities in the field of public funding. Her interests focus on innovation, with a specific emphasis on digitalisation and sustainability in the mobility sector. She has actively participated in European research and innovation projects related to urban mobility, including TalkNet, LOGISTAR, FEDeRATED, FENIX, C-Roads, e-SMART, H2MA, MultiAPPRO, and MultiAPPRO Plus.
Alessia joins the FIT Consulting team in March 2025, taking on the role of Project Manager. In this position, she focuses on national and international projects centred on sustainable mobility solutions, actively contributing to the development of innovative strategies to address the challenges of modern mobility.

Graduated in economic sciences (Master of Science in Economics) in 2016, he joined the staff of FIT Consulting in 2017. He currently holds the role of Project Manager with activities concerning the administrative management of European proposals with the role of coordinator, the writing of deliverables on impact assessment in European projects and support activities for colleagues and RUPs in relation to the specific needs of national research projects and international. As Executive Office Manager, he carries out activities relating to the management of the quality system, the accreditation and monitoring of the company in the various Supplier Registers, the organization of internal management and organization activities, and the management and administrative support to members of the company staff.
Furthermore, he carries out activities as the company’s Bid Manager, monitoring the main opportunities and managing the participation phase in public tenders, and as Content Manager, providing support to the Social Media Manager

Bilingual Italian-English communication specialist with international experience and a combined educational background in language and visual arts. Her qualifications include a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Communication (Università degli Studi di Roma Tre) and a Master’s in Visual Arts, Photography, and Graphic Design (Scuola Romana di Fotografia e Cinema and Door Academy). Throughout her career, she collaborated with international companies, startups, creative agencies, and online magazines, acquiring solid skills in copywriting, article writing, graphic design, translation, and text adaptation for digital marketing and editorial content. Thanks to an educational and professional pathway that blends written and visual communication, she effectively manages artistic direction for multidisciplinary creative projects and oversees communication strategies for companies.
At FIT Consulting, in her role as Communication Manager, she leads the corporate communication strategy, managing and coordinating both digital and traditional channels.

Starting from higher education, over the years it has acquired a level of experience suited to the coordination needs of partners and suppliers as well as skills that make it able to manage administration and control with particular efficiency; in short, a pillar of society.
